A: Stock sample is free within 2days , freight for express is on buyer's account. Customized sample is USD200 with 7-10days. the sample fee will be refunded with the order.
Q6: What's the lead of time for the order?
A: Stock items within 7days, customized order 30-45days as per the order's quantity.

Q9. What’s your payment term and method?
A:30% deposit for without print, 50% deposit with print, the balance should be paid before shipment.
Payment via T/T, L/C, D/P, credit card, Paypal , if you have other preference, please negotiate.
Q10: How to deal with the problem for the products?
A:we have QC to inspect all the products during produce and packaging. and Our packaging is safe and easy to fill. If you have any problem for the quality and packaging, we will supply professional service and suggestion, and find out the solution.
